Talk to your noggin.
Noggin is a personal AI you own outright. It lives in one folder on a machine you choose, keeps a voice for each part of your life, and answers from your phone. Nothing of yours is held by us.
Make a noggin
Download the installer for your laptop, a computer at home or a server you rent. It creates one folder on that machine. That folder is your noggin.

Give it voices
Add a voice for each part of your life: a career adviser, a travel agent, a reading coach. Each keeps its own memory and has one of three privacy levels.

Talk to it
Open talkto.allmynoggins.com on your phone, then type or tap and talk. The brain sends each request to the cheapest model that can answer it well.

It keeps score
Rate any reply good or poor. The brain records each rating beside the model that answered and what the reply cost. Using those scores to choose engines for you comes next.
What we're building it to be.
For everyday life
Built for the questions in a normal week: what to read next, which train to catch, whether to take the job. One download to set up (early: not yet run on real machines).
Affordable by design
Frontier models are excellent and expensive. The brain sends each request to the cheapest model that meets the quality needed, and every reply shows which model answered and what it cost.
Keeps score
Rate any reply good or poor, and the brain records it beside the model that answered and what it cost. Leaning on the engines that do well for you comes next.
Yours, wherever you put it
A noggin is a folder. Keep it on your own device or a server in the country you choose. Export it, move it, delete it. No subscription holds it hostage.
Reads, never acts
Voices read and prepare. They never post, pay, send or cancel anything. Reading the web and your accounts, with your permission, is coming next.
You answer for your noggin
We hold nothing, so you are accountable for what your noggin contains. What that means
Three privacy levels, enforced in code
Each voice has one. The level decides which models it may use. Every model and speech call is written to an audit log before it is made.
The voices every noggin starts with.
Stand-ins for now: our starter voices, with example exchanges written for this page. Real exchanges from our own noggins, with personal details blacked out, will replace them.
Type to it, or just talk.
Your phone reaches your noggin through talkto.allmynoggins.com, a web app that installs to your home screen. In talk mode, one tap starts, a pause ends your turn, and a tap interrupts the voice. For Local only voices, speech is processed on your own machine.
Every noggin needs a home. Pick one.
Wherever it lives, you talk to it from your phone at talkto.allmynoggins.com. Change your mind later and move house: it's only a folder.
Move in with us
We're planning hosted noggins: pick a server from a catalogue and the country it sits in, and we set it up and keep it updated. It isn't open yet, so there are no prices here. Follow the build to hear when it is.
Bring your own noggin
BYON, if you like acronyms. A laptop, a Raspberry Pi gathering dust, a server you already rent. Free, and as sovereign as it gets.
One download for Mac, Windows, Linux or a server. It picks a model to suit the machine and ends with a QR code to pair your phone. Early: tested in simulation, not yet run on real machines
How the installer worksWe don't hold your noggin, so we can't answer for it.
Everything in a noggin is created and kept by its owner, on a machine the owner chooses. That freedom comes with accountability. If you create or store illegal content in your noggin, the responsibility is yours, and so are the consequences.
