Your noggin is yours. We run the addresses, not your noggin.

These terms cover allmynoggins.com, the designer at designmynoggin.allmynoggins.com, your console at your own address on allmynoggins.com, the app at talkto.allmynoggins.com, and the Noggin software. “We” means the people who run all my noggins; “you” means the person using them. By creating an account or using any of these, you agree to these terms. What we do with your information is in the privacy page.
An early project
all my noggins is being built in the open, and everything here is early. Things will change, break and sometimes be unavailable. Nothing costs money today. If we ever start charging for something, we will say so clearly before it starts, and you will not be charged unless you agree to it first.
Your account
You can sign in to your console with a passkey or with your Google account. Keep your sign-in methods to yourself: anyone who can sign in as you can manage your noggins’ addresses. One account is for one person. Give us an email address that is yours and that works, because it is how we reach you about your account.
Your noggin is yours
Your conversations, memory and voices live in your noggin, on hardware you choose, not with us. You own what you put into your noggin and what it produces for you. We cannot see it, so we cannot answer for it: this noggin is yours, you can delete anything in it at any time, and you are personally responsible for everything it stores or produces.
What a noggin does, and does not do
A noggin reads, writes and drafts; it never acts on the world for you. It does not submit, post, pay, send or cancel anything: every draft ends in a button you press yourself, in the other service’s own app. Check what it writes before you use it. Answers from AI models can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and nothing a noggin says is professional advice, whether medical, legal, financial or otherwise.
Other services you choose
If you let a voice use a cloud model or the web, your noggin sends that request to the service you chose (for example Anthropic for a cloud model), using keys you provide. Those services have their own terms, which apply between you and them. Voices set to Local only never use them.
Fair use
Do not use anything here to break the law, to harm or deceive other people, to get into someone else’s console or noggin, or to overload or attack our servers. The designer is a free trial with limits; do not try to get round them. If an account breaks these terms, we may suspend it. We will tell you why when we can, and your noggin stays yours either way.
No guarantees
We provide all of this as it is, without promises that it will be available, correct or suitable for any particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, including lost content in a noggin, since your noggin and its backups are in your hands. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Leaving
You can stop at any time. To close your console account, write to help@allmynoggins.com from the email address on the account, and we will delete it and the addresses it points to. Your noggins are on your own hardware and keep running; closing the account only removes our pointers to them.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters to how you use all my noggins, we will also tell you by email before it takes effect.
